That’s me. My name is Marja van de Riet and I am passionate about helping people like you to find fulfilment in their life. To support you in discovering your spark, to take (back) control and to be full of energy again.

With 20 years of experience in the corporate world, I know what it’s like to work in ever-changing, complex, international environments.

I have finalised my coaching qualification at Nonons in Amsterdam, accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) at Senior Practitioner level and I am a member of NOBCO, the Dutch organisation of Professional Coaches.

My Philosophy

I truly believe that if you follow your heart, if you know where you want to go to in life and you live up to that, you will be full of energy, passion and drive.

That’s what will get you out of bed in the morning, making you feel energised by what you do, and feel lighter and free to live the life you want to live.

I offer coaching for executives, leaders and professionals from various organisational levels. When you work with me, expect the thought-provoking questions that your friends won’t ask you. Expect exercises and challenges, to help you discover new insights and achieve results.

I also work with teams to increase personal and team effectiveness, exploring and improving team dynamics, making use of Insights Discovery.

I am an enthusiastic and energetic trainer and facilitator, experienced in face-to-face and virtual training. Making sure you feel involved from the start and get the most out of your learning experience!
